Supplements encompass a very large portion of the fitness industry. Unfortunately, its filled with anecdotal claim based support and is rarely ever backed by empirical science and peer reviewed study.
Many popular “Pre-Workouts” or “Test-boosters” have little to no effect.
But, that doesn’t mean there isn’t any out there. It depends on the plan and your position, and I will coach you on when, how, and why to take them! -
I am certified to help coach many persons, including some with disease and age-related chronic illness! I will coach anybody as long as you can work out, physically and mentally

I have extensive background in resistance and weight training, coupled with Kinesiology and the HMS. But competitors are not my focus always! -
We load you back on, identify risks, the cause, dissect reasoning, enact change, find efficacy, sustain, and make a break through

Goals are vastly dependent on many barriers. As your Coach, I will help you identify the ones you see and don’t see, and let you make final calls, always.
We can workout as little as 1x a week, or 2-3x a day!

Whether you’re a student 50k in debt, or a recently divorced single parent, I know that some people don’t have the money, time, or motivation to take care of their health.
But that shouldn’t be a limiting factor for GOOD CARE.
And if you little push to get them rolling. That is where I want to be, to stand behind you and to give you that nudge.
Everyone is infatuated of what they can get out of people. I’m focused on what I can provide to people.
What I do is authentic. I do it for the client. I want to make a change. For the client to wake up in the morning, not to constantly be dreading walking past the mirror, or for them to finally weed their garden without joint pain. -
The multiple processes of the human body: From metabolic signaling and pathways for synthesis of compounds, to Bioenergetics, how we break down energy in the body through macronutrients, example of which being Gluconeogenesis and the Krebs cycle, or the processes of Hydrolysis to Transportation of Low-Density and High-Density Lipoproteins from the Lymphatic system, and their respective effects of cholesterol.

I have specific training to help facilitate and plan with accordance to a recovery and post-injury rehabilitation program.
I have personally torn my hamstring, and have consequently rehabilitated myself to heal and recovery from the tear, in only a few months.
Whether you’re looking to hit your old PR’s again, or to not develop pain in your serratus while performing scapular abduction, I can help, and make it my goal to until you are 100% again. -

I am specifically trained and experienced with designing meal plans that are both highly effective, healthy, and TASTY!
Whether you are knowledgeable about nutrition or not, I have gained the utmost knowledge about nutrition and its impacts on your health, especially the small, but highly impactful ones that aren’t talked about! -

I have worked out for the past 7 years.
Safe to say: This is my life.
And I have dedicated to it as such.
I grew up very overweight at 300lbs by the time I was in High School. I have since lost 140lbs, and have kept it off.
I now compete in the NPC for Mens Classic Bodybuilding, and Powerlifting.
I am further dedicating myself to help others do the same. To change their life for the better, and to make an impact where I can.
