I have specific training to help facilitate and plan with accordance to a recovery and post-injury rehabilitation program.
I have personally torn my hamstring, and have consequently rehabilitated myself to heal and recovery from the tear, in only a few months.

I am specifically trained and experienced with designing meal plans that are both highly effective, healthy, and TASTY!
But its not just that, I know exactly how dieting works, down to its psychology. I’ve fought eating disorders my whole life, and helped clients overcome theirs. Its a very complex and fragile thing to overcome, but totally do-able with the right help and guidance, and most importantly, support.
Whether you are knowledgeable about nutrition or not, I have gained the utmost knowledge about nutrition and its impacts on your health, especially the small, but highly impactful ones that aren’t talked about!

I implement systems within your program that are accustomed to you specifically. When you check in with me, I provide you with the best feedback possible. I log your progress into several algorithms I personally made that take into account your metrics, weights, diet, and even mood, compare them week by week, and give you empirical and factual assessments of current and future progress.
These consist of easily digestible charts to visualize the data, and a breakdown of each component, down to the color of the graph.

An apple tree can sometimes not produce fruit in the fall.
But, we give it the best chance to grow: Water it, nurture it, protect it, and the fruit it bares will be perfect when ripe.

I grew up very overweight at 300lbs by the time I was in High School. I have since lost 140lbs, and have kept it off.

I now compete in the NPC for Mens Classic Bodybuilding, and Powerlifting.

I am further dedicating myself to help others do the same. To change their life for the better, and to make an impact where I can.
